Double thanks: a Christmas and a New Year's gift

i+solutions is an international non-profit based in Woerden that procures and supplies medicines and medical products for low- and middle-income countries, ranging from HIV and malaria treatments to essential medicines. They do this for around 120 countries. With colleagues all over the world, the team is just as international as their work.

To thank that team, i+solutions chose not one, but two moments: a Christmas gift in December and a New Year's gift in January, both through Cadeo.

Two moments, two gifts

A nice detail: at i+solutions, the personal cards were hung on the Christmas tree with the gifts underneath. This turned the thank-you gesture into a special moment at the office.

Both campaigns were highly appreciated. The Christmas gift and the New Year's gift together achieved a redemption rate of 97%, and the campaigns collectively received a satisfaction rating of 9.8. In total, colleagues sent back dozens of personal thank-you notes, in both Dutch and English.

Freedom of choice and support for charity

In both campaigns, everyone made their own choice: from a gift card to a physical gift or a donation. This freedom was widely appreciated.

Several employees chose to turn their gift into a donation. This resulted in a wonderful contribution to UNICEF, Stichting Jarige Job, Vluchtelingenwerk, WWF, and Sumthing. Very fitting for an organization whose core focus is making an impact.
