97.3% redeemed: the year-end gift from Arbo Unie

A personal word from the board

Arbo Unie ensured a personal experience for every employee. Everyone received a handwritten card, and the personalized email included a personal message from the Board of Directors. That made the difference: many employees also addressed the board personally in their response. The personal approach was therefore highly appreciated.

And the gift itself was also a hit: 97.3% of the sent gifts were redeemed, and the campaign received a satisfaction rating of 9.7. Over 300 employees also spontaneously sent a personal thank-you note back. It was wonderful to read that people appreciated the gift.

Freedom of choice that resonates

What was appreciated most was the freedom to choose for themselves. Or as employees put it: "the choice is huge". From gift cards to a physical gift or a donation, there was something for everyone.

A number of colleagues chose to convert their Cadeo into a donation. These beautiful gestures together made a great contribution to Stichting Het Vergeten Kind, UNICEF, War Child, and Hulphond Nederland. One donor said about this:
