Hundreds of drivers across the country, yet a personal gift

Allroad and Alltalent second bus drivers and staff to transport operators throughout the Netherlands. The "team" is therefore rarely in one office: they drive, spread across the country, for various clients. It was precisely these people that Allroad wanted to thank at Christmas.

That's when they ended up at Cadeo. Together we set up this campaign. Over 360 employees received a personal link with a message from the board, and used it to choose a gift that suited them. No address lists, no packages going to the wrong place, and everyone satisfied because they got to choose what kind of gift they wanted to receive.

A gift for a team you don't see at the office

For a dispersed group, a digital choice gift is ideal: everyone opens their own link, wherever they are driving. This translated into great figures. Over 90% of the gifts were redeemed, and more than half of the recipients spontaneously sent a personal thank-you note in return.

Something for everyone

Because everyone chose for themselves, the choices ranged from gift cards to physical gifts. Tellingly: a lunch bag was one of the most popular choices. Logical for a team that is on the road for most of the day.

A number of recipients chose to convert their Cadeo into a donation. Together they raised a nice amount for nine charities, with KWF Kankerbestrijding, the Red Cross and UNICEF leading the way. And because most recipients chose a digital option, a lot of packaging material and transport emissions were saved - great for the environment!
