How does ordering a choice gift via Cadeo work?
Ordering an €80.00 choice gift is done in three steps. No complicated procedures, no minimum order quantity.
1. Set up your campaign
Choose The Showstopper collection (€80.00), upload your list of recipients, and personalize the gift page with your logo, colors, and a personal message. This takes you about 15 minutes.
2. Send the gift links
Each recipient receives a personal link via email. They open their own gift page and browse the selection. Physical gifts are delivered to their home, digital gift cards are activated instantly.
3. Track the redemptions live

Optional: add a physical gift
Want to make it extra personal? Combine the digital choice gift with a physical gift: a (handwritten) card or a small gift with a personal message and a QR code in your company's corporate identity. Choice gift of €80.00 and the Work-related Expenses Scheme (WKR) 2026
A choice gift via Cadeo is tax-identical to a traditional Christmas hamper. It falls under the free allowance of the Work-related Expenses Scheme, just like gift cards and physical gifts.
WKR free allowance 2026
In 2026, the free allowance is 2% on the first €400,000 of the fiscal wage bill, and 1.18% on the amount above that. A choice gift of €80.00 per employee fits well within this for most companies.
Calculation example
A company with 50 employees and a wage bill of €2,500,000 has a free allowance of €400,000 x 2% + €2,100,000 x 1.18% = €8,000 + €24,780 = €32,780. A The Showstopper collection for all 50 employees costs €4,000, which is 12.2% of the available free allowance.
