Yes, the Wijn Cadeau gift card falls under the work-related expenses scheme (WKR). In 2026, the discretionary room is 2% on the first €400,000 of the fiscal wage sum and 1.18% above that. You can designate gift cards for employees as final levy salary within this discretionary room.

A calculation example: with a fiscal wage sum of €500,000, you have €400,000 x 2% + €100,000 x 1.18% = €9,180 of discretionary room.
